Enkopur and Enketop in new-build projects
Balcony and pergola permanently waterproofed and coated with a coating
The Enketop system demonstrates its strengths not only in renovation projects but also in new-build projects. In this project, a balcony and a pergola were constructed step by step using a durable waterproofing system and a visually appealing top coat. Enkopur, Enketop and Enketop Chips were used. This allows the entire system structure, from the substrate right through to the finished Sealing, to be clearly traced.
Waterproofing with Enkopur
After applying Universal Primer 2K, the surface was waterproofed with Enkopur. Enke Polyflex fleece was used as an underlay during installation. This allows connections, edges and transitions to be seamlessly integrated and reliably finished. The result is a flexible, full-surface waterproofing system that is applied without the use of a flame and is also suitable for areas with intricate details.

Once the material had set, any excess chips were swept away. The surface was then given a final coat of transparent Enketop sealing. This provides long-term protection for the surface against UV radiation, moisture and mechanical stress, and ensures a smooth, uniform finish.
Enke products used
A special two-component primer for existing coatings, metals and substrates with high density. Universal Primer 2K ensures a secure bond with Enkopur, Enkryl and Enkolan.
