Depending on the substrate, material consumption ranges between 300 and 500 g/m². On textured or profiled surfaces (e.g. corrugated sheet metal or corrugated fibre cement), an additional consumption of approx. 30 % should be allowed for. Depending on the weather and the amount applied, the drying time is approximately 2 to 6 weeks before the surface is ready for foot traffic. During this time, the surface should be kept free from traffic as far as possible. Rain shortly after application should be avoided so as not to compromise the surface quality.

Enkonol contains solvents and is flammable. Adequate ventilation, the wearing of suitable protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection, and keeping the product away from sources of ignition are essential. Furthermore, the product must not be allowed to enter watercourses or the sewerage system. The instructions in the safety data sheet must be followed.
