EnkoClean tool cleaner offers powerful cleaning performance whilst being highly compatible with materials. The clear, solvent-based formulation removes even stubborn residues quickly and thoroughly – without any aggressive additives.

EnkoClean is a solvent-based tool and surface cleaner designed to remove fresh, uncured residues of Enke products. It is particularly suitable for cleaning tools, rollers, brushes, spatulas and surfaces that are not sensitive to solvents. EnkoClean reliably softens and dissolves bitumen, greases, waxes and many synthetic resins.

No. EnkoClean tool cleaner is not a paint stripper. It cannot be used to remove liquid plastics or Coats that have already cured. In such cases, mechanical cleaning (e.g. scraping, sanding) is required. EnkoClean tool cleaner must only be used during or immediately after application.

The EnkoClean tool cleaner must only be used on solvent-resistant surfaces.
It is not suitable for:

  • delicate plastics
  • painted or coated surfaces that are not solvent-resistant
  • Styrofoam, EPS/XPS or soft plastics

If in doubt, a material compatibility test should be carried out beforehand.

To use, simply:

  • Applying it to a clean cloth or rag
  • then wiping down the soiled tools or surfaces

Tools should then be wiped dry. EnkoClean tool cleaner is not intended for diluting other products, but solely for cleaning purposes.

The EnkoClean tool cleaner is:

  • flammable
  • harmful if swallowed (risk of aspiration)
  • irritating to the respiratory tract
  • significantly hazardous to water (WGK 2)

The following are required:

  • Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area
  • Protective gloves and eye protection
  • Keep away from sources of ignition
  • Do not allow to enter the sewerage system or watercourses

The instructions in the safety data sheet must be strictly observed.
