Staff get-together at Enke: eating, chatting and enjoying ourselves together
As is well known, the world’s longest bar can be found in Düsseldorf. However, what is perhaps the longest and best bring-your-own buffet can be found at Enke in Düsseldorf Harbour.
Our ‘Rote Hölle’ hosted the first staff get-together of 2026. All staff members from the various departments of the company were invited. The focus wasn’t on deadlines, to-do lists or day-to-day business, but on sharing a meal, good conversation and an evening that once again demonstrated just how much of a sense of community there is at Enke.
A buffet, lots of favourite dishes
For the regulars’ get-together, anyone who fancied it contributed something personal to the buffet. This resulted in a wide selection of home-cooked dishes, hearty classics, favourite sweet treats and little surprises.
The result was as diverse as our team: genuine, warm and prepared with a lot of love. It’s evenings like these that show that ‘simply different’ at Enke isn’t just a brand promise, but something we put into practice every day.
Together – that’s what brings us together
As well as good food, the main focus was on socialising. Colleagues from different departments came together, chatted, laughed and enjoyed the evening together.
The staff get-together is therefore more than just an internal meeting. It’s part of our corporate culture. After all, a good working atmosphere isn’t just built through day-to-day collaboration, but also in moments when there’s time for conversations, socialising and shared experiences.
