And four. And five. And so on. That’s exactly what Fails-Night is all about: not standing still, but learning from mistakes, setbacks and unique experiences.
The third Fails Night took place the night before last at the Rote Hölle studio in the Enke-Werk in Düsseldorf. Once again, the event was a resounding success and provided the large audience with an evening of real value.
When setbacks become the spark that sets things alight
The format was launched by Oliver Oetjens and highlights just how important an open culture of error is. After all, failure does not have to be the end of the road. It can also be the start of development, change and new perspectives.
An open culture of error means recognising mistakes, accepting them and, above all, learning from them. This requires courage and honesty. The speakers that evening demonstrated both qualities. They spoke openly about exciting, personal and, in some cases, moving experiences from their professional lives.
