Enke at the seminar ‘Masterfully (re)designing flat roofs’
On 13 November 2025, Enke will be taking part in Oer-Erkenschwick. More specifically, at the FLECKtory, the Oskar Fleck Information Centre and the heart of the FLECK Academy.
Together with other partners from industry and related sectors, Enke is taking part for the second time in one of the popular joint seminar series focusing on roofing. This time, the event is entitled ‘Masterfully (re)designing flat roofs’.

Flat roofs continually present particular challenges in terms of planning, material selection and construction, due to new requirements, changes in usage and complex details.
Anyone involved in the construction or refurbishment of flat roofs must keep a close eye on many factors. Even minor errors can have major long-term implications for a building’s functionality and safety.
In this seminar, expert speakers will share the latest theoretical and practical knowledge. At the same time, participants will refresh their existing knowledge on correct waterproofing, safety and the professional installation of flat roofs.

Tobias Backhaus, master roofer, Bachelor of Engineering and member of Enke’s management team, will speak on the topic:
“Safe solutions for flat roof details”
This will focus on practical solutions for challenging detail areas that play a key role in the safe design and construction of flat roofs.
