‘Detention’ with added value
BauPlus information evening ‘BWA & Co.’ at the Rote Hölle
Once again, the Enke-Werk in Düsseldorf hosted an event offering real added value for the roofing trade.
BauPlus GmbH Consulting from Wesseling had invited attendees to a joint ‘after-hours session’ at the Rote Hölle. The focus was on the second part of the ‘BWA & Co.’ information event, which had already been attended by just under 30 participants from the roofing trade the week before.
What was particularly pleasing was that, without exception, everyone came back – despite the weather being ideal for roofing work.
Understanding figures. Managing businesses more effectively.
The high level of interest demonstrated just how relevant the topics covered are to day-to-day business operations in the skilled trades sector. After all, anyone who wants to run their business effectively should not only be familiar with their own figures, but also be able to put them into context and interpret them correctly.
This was precisely the focus of the two four-hour sessions. The speakers from BauPlus presented the material in a professional, objective, engaging and, above all, practical manner. This made it clear just how important a good understanding of business management is for making processes simpler, clearer and more effective.
A discussion amongst friends
In a cosy and almost family-like atmosphere, people listened attentively, watched along, discussed and asked questions. The Rote Hölle once again provided the perfect setting for this: open, personal and close to the people.
After the technical part of the evening, the event drew to a close with a barbecue, cold drinks and plenty of conversation. For Enke, this is also part and parcel of a successful event: sharing knowledge, fostering contacts and strengthening mutual exchange.

Feedback from participants was consistently positive. Many were able to take away practical insights to help them better understand and develop their own day-to-day work.
